Finally…. sure enough

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Sunday, in the Kanmon area,

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

the temperate became blow zero!

National election results also below freezing.

I hope the Japanese people will never be able to be disappointed by what will happen in this country from now on.

Demonstrations are out of the question!

The politicians involved in the political and financial scandal, the Unification Church supported politicians, and the cherry blossom-viewing politicians have all returned to office, and I find it hard to accept this.

The opposition parties, who are unable to grasp how many voters dislike new religions, also do not understand public opinion.

It’s as if they have drunk poison and destroyed themselves, and such a huge defeat that they cannot even hold a new leadership election is only natural.

Thank you and you have a nice day being strong in freezing cold.

Voting from 1,000km west-southwest!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Have those of you reading this article finished it yet?

Host went there on Monday this week.

No, no, what the host did was not early voting.

Those who have experienced ispeak out…

that the biggest problem with living in two places is voting!

If the election is scheduled a certain amount of time before the end of a term, I can adjust my schedule to be able to vote as much as possible, but…

Especially when a dissolution and general election like this one is held in such a short period of time, I am really in trouble wondering what to do.

So, the host, who works so hard the harder he is put into difficult situations, decided to take on the challenge how to exercise his citizen’s rights even in such difficult circumstances!

*Jan. 23, Fri: Prime Minister Takaichi dissolves the House of Representatives

(Weekend: Research and confirm how to vote in the Tokyo electoral district where I am registered)

*Jan. 26 Mon: “Absentee ballot declaration (and request form)” sent

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

from the post office in this area to the relevant election commission (regular mail)

*Jan.27 Tue: Election announcement

*Feb. 1 Sun: “Absentee ballot” received

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Delivered to this guesthouse via letter pack.

*Feb. 2 Mon: Afternoon: Absentee ballot completed.

I inquired with the local elections committee in this town and was told that ballots would be accepted until 8:00 PM in the General Affairs Division on the second floor of the ward office, so I headed out to vote first thing in the afternoon.

So, this time I could demonstrate that if we prepare properly, we can handle the process from sending out absentee ballot requests to actually voting absentee within one week.

However, I learned that those involved in voting preparation were being forced to endure extremely difficult times, and I was left with serious doubts as to whether dissolving the House of Representatives at this time was really good for both this country and its people.

In particular, the ward office staff and election management committee staff have been working on the election every day from 7am to 10pm since the general election was declared, and their expressions showed fatigue as well as, if not more, dissatisfaction and anger at the injustice.

As for why I personally go to the trouble of voting by absentee ballot, the biggest motivation is honestly my doubts and anger about whether someone who would call a general election by disrupting the lives of the country and its people can truly deliver politics that is close to this country and its people.

Additionally, I decided to take the election seriously because I wanted to speak out against the nature of politics, which allows nothing to be done about the “problem of politics and money” and, even more so, the “problem of politics and religion (it’s a shame that not many people are pointing this out).”

To be frank, the host feels uncomfortable and disgusted not only by the “political use of religion” but also by the “use of religion for politics.”

I am very disappointed that in this general election, there are fewer parties/candidates who can proudly say that they are clean on these issues, but that is exactly why I want to vote of my own will, without being influenced by powerful/majority people, and I hope that everyone will do the same.

Thank you and you have a nice day exercising small rights for a brighter and fairer future.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

*Jan.23 Fri:

*Jan.26 Mon:

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

*Jan.27 Tue:

*Feb.01 Sun:

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

*Feb.02 Mon:

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

March?!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

According to the weather forecaster, the weather across Japan has been as warm as March for the past two days.

Here Kanmon area was no exception…

on Wednesday, the weather was fine and the temperature rose steadily.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

on Thursday, the sky was cloudy all day, but the southerly winds caused the temperature to rise up even further, and it was so warm that I didn’t even need a jacket.

However, from this afternoon onwards the atmospheric pressure pattern will return to a winter mode!

They say the strongest cold wave of the season will arrive this weekend.

Thank you and you have a nice day enjoying the brief moment of spring.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
