A small diner next to the TORII gate.
As the early closing time approached, the last thing I ordered was…
Sweets!
These are also priced at exceptionally low prices (mini muffins 150 yen, Douhua =tofu pudding 250 yen).
Even if you order two, it might still be cheaper than one convenience store sweet…
However, the size was completely different from what I imagined from watching it on TV (probably because of the cameraman), but I think this size (in reality) is just right.
By the way, the drink we ordered with them was not wine.
It’s cold-brewed Geisha coffee, just to be safe!
This time, I tried everything from drinks to appetizers, pasta, rice dishes, main dishes, and even sweets, and the most delicious thing was…
conversation!
I enjoyed chatting with the chef and the other customers at the counter table.
Needless to say, the drinks and food were very delicious, but everything from what I ate to the atmosphere of the restaurant and the conversation made for a pleasant two hours.
I also felt that this comfortable atmosphere must have been created by the personality of the owner chef.
While paying the bill, the host, who hates crowds, made sure to check the days and times when the restaurant is relatively quiet…I’m definitely planning to try the dishes that I didn’t order this time.
Thank you and you have a nice day enjoying cheap but delicious food selected carefully, not expensive and delicious food, which is just the norm.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
鳥居横の小さなお店。
早めに設定されている閉店時間も近づいてきたので、最後にオーダーしたのは、、、
スイーツ！
こちらも破格の値段設定。（ミニマフィン 150円、豆花（トウファ） 250円）
ふたつ頼んでもコンビニスイーツより安いかも、、、
ただ、テレビ番組から想像していたものとはサイズ感が全く違いましたが（きっとカメラマンのせい）、実際にこのくらい（現物）でちょうど良いんだと思います。
ちなみに、一緒に頼んだ飲み物はワインではありません。

今回、お酒に、前菜、パスタ、ご飯もの、主菜、そしてスイーツまでひと通り食べてみて一番美味しかったのは、、、
会話！
店主シェフとの会話、同席していた他のお客さんとの会話、を楽しむことができました。
もちろん、お酒や食事が美味しかったのは言うまでもなく、口に入れるものからお店の雰囲気、会話まで全てが心地よい２時間でした。
そんな居心地の良さは店主シェフのひととなりから生み出されているんだろうな、とも感じました。
お会計しながら、混雑嫌いな宿主は抜かりなく、比較的空いている曜日や時間も確認して、、、今回頼まなかったメニューもこれからしっかり食べる気まんまんです。
それでは、高くて旨いのは当たり前、安くて美味しいものを厳選して満喫する素敵な一日を！
