Creeping labor shortage – Problems surface in this town too
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
The biggest social issue in this country, Japan, is the declining birthrate and aging population.
And there is a decline in the working population that stems from that.
I thought that the labor shortage was a problem in other industries such as the transportation industry.
When I was driving through this town, I came across a notice that caught my attention.
In a sense, the facilities posting this sign are in the same industry.
Wow, the situation is so serious!
I suddenly wondered what the staff at this facility was doing now, who was sitting next to me at an information session held by the government about five years ago when the accommodation tax was introduced in this area.

P.S. If these kinds of facilities are closed, it will lead to more unmarried people and fewer children.

忍び寄る労働者不足 〜 この町の同業者の休業
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
この国、日本にあって最大の社会的課題は少子高齢化。そしてそこから派生する労働人口の減少があります。
人手不足なんて、運送業など他業界の問題だと思っていたのですが、、、
町を車で流していて、とっても気になる貼り紙を見つけました。
この貼り紙を掲示している施設は、ある意味 同業者。
なんと、事態はここまで深刻なんですね！
当地での宿泊税の導入に際し、５年ほど前に行政が主催した説明会の席で、自分の隣に座っていたこの施設のスタッフさんは今どうしているんだろうなぁ、とふと考えてしまいました。
それでは、労働者みんなで力を合わせて素敵な一日を！
P.S. この類の施設が休業するということは、巡り巡って更なる未婚化・少子化につながるということですよね。
