No difference from Russian invasion into Ukraine!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
After visiting at “Museum of Peach” on Friday, I have felt one sense of discomfort.
It is that there is no(zero) exhibition nor explanation how Japanese army used the weapons, which were made in the factory on that location, in the battlefields and occupied territories.
(It is rather suspicious that they may hide some important thing, because they explain too much about failed and useless weapon “Balloon Bomb”.)
Honestly, I feel disappointed at that there is only peace education of victim’s perspective in both past and future.
There is no/zero opportunity for us Japanese to learn reflection from perpetrator’s perspective.
( This may be a method of mind control directed by Japanese government. Because not so many people mention about this issue.)
For example, there is no facility of exhibition explaining the background and truth of Pearl Harbor Attacking and Nanking Massacre in Japan. Only denying comments are floating in the air. Identically comfort women of Japanese army and requisitioned workers. So similar tragedies may be happened in future.
( Actually in this modern age, whenever I hear news about prostitution issues in Asian countries hired by Japanese and poor work environment for technical intern trainees, I am in despair over no learning and no introspection from war era. )
Why did allied powers attack this island 80 years ago? Without finding that answer, true peace will never come to this country.
Even now when it is called as peaceful time, there are many power harassments, sexual harassments, bullying, child abuses, hate speeches, road rages, sexual crimes caused by policeman and teachers, regularly happening indiscriminate killings. We are spiteful and extremely cruel people. Even our government tends to stub out inconvenient problems. So there was no room for doubt that Japanese in war era did unimaginable cruel thing.
As living air raid and atomic bomb victims are decreasing, people who has memory as assaulter at the battle front are mostly gone.
Peace education without showing Asian invasion by Japan and teaching how cruel it was.
After watching Russian invasion into Ukraine, it is obvious such education will not work for true peace.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
金曜日に「平和のまちミュージアム」を訪ねて、強烈に違和感を感じたことがひとつ。
それは日本軍の兵器工場の跡に立つ展示施設なのに、その工場で作られた兵器が侵略地でどれほど残虐に使われたのかを、まったく説明・解説していないこと。
（兵器としては失敗だった風船爆弾についてだけは必要以上に詳しいことがかえって、隠蔽していることが多いのではと詮索してしまいます。）
正直、日本の戦争平和教育がこれまでもこれからも被害者視点でしかないことに失望を感じます。
加害者視点での反省を学ぶ機会は皆無です。
（ここに疑問を感じる日本人があまりいないことから、日本政府のマインドコントロールなのかもしれませんね。）
たとえば真珠湾攻撃、南京虐殺での経緯や出来事を正確に語る施設は国内には皆無です。従軍慰安婦や徴用工についても、日本政府がその内容を正確に把握した上で「正しい歴史」を日本人に教えないために、同じことが将来起こらないという保証はありません。
（アジア諸国での日本人による買春や女性軽視、過酷な状況で働かされている外国人技能実習生や非人道的な入国管理の話を聞くたびに、戦時下からの「学び」や「反省」がないことに絶望します。）
なぜ連合国がこの島国を攻めてきたのか、、、そこを学ばないと真の平和が訪れることはありません。
平和だといわれる現代社会ですら、パワハラ・セクハラ・いじめ・児童虐待・ヘイトスピーチ・あおり運転・警官や教職者による性犯罪・無差別殺人など陰湿で残酷極まりない国民性です。政府ですら問題が明るみに出るとなれば必死でもみ消す体質なのに、戦時下で日本人がどんなことをしたのかは、きっと想像を絶する残虐なものだったに違いありません。
空襲や原爆被害体験者が高齢でいなくなるのと同様、戦地での加害記憶をもつ生き字引ももはやいなくなりそうです。
自国の侵略・残虐さを自国民に見せない平和教育、、、
そろそろ平和教育そのものの考え方を変えないと本質的に本当の平和が訪れることがないのはロシアのウクライナ進行を見ても明らかです。
