Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Thursday in the Kanmon area was a day of dramatic weather changes, starting with heavy rain in the morning and ending with clear skies by midday.
Running this guesthouse in this area, almost always booked on weekends, but…
There are still some weekdays when we don’t have any guests.
Taking advantage of the perfect timing and weather, I went to my important place with beautiful Sakura blossoms with my precious people.
The important place is the place where your beloved family members rest.
In the fluttering Sakura blossom petals, I took my time to offer my prayers.
Being able to visit our family grave at a time when natural conditions are just right, rather than during the crowded OBON or HIGAN periods, is another major advantage of living in two locations, both in my hometown and elsewhere

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
木曜日の関門エリアは朝の激しい雨から始まり、お昼には晴天となるという、移り変わりの激しい一日でした。
この地でのゲストハウス、週末はほぼゲストさんがいらっしゃいますが、、、
ウィークデイにはゲストのない日がまだまだあります。
せっかく出来たそんなタイミングとお天気とを活かして、大事な人たちと一緒に、桜がきれいな大事な場所に出かけました。
大事な場所とは、大切な家族の眠る場所。
山桜の花びらが舞う中、時間をかけて手を合わせてきました。
お盆やお彼岸の混み合う時期ではなく、自然の条件が揃うタイミングでゆったり気持ちよくお参りができる。これもまた生まれ故郷との二拠点生活をする大きなメリットだなぁ実感します。
それでは、桜舞う中、今は亡き大切な人と向き合う素敵な一日を！

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
On my way back from the hot stone sauna, I happened to glance at the roadside and…
found a familiar sign in a place where there had been nothing before!
So, it’s finally coming to this town too.
Does the profitability plan meet the group’s standards?
Perhaps their target customer is the town’s bourgeois class (?) who live in the high-rise condos being built around the area?
Since they’ve spent big time and money to open it, we hope they’ll stay in business for a long time.
However, considering its location and the view from the seats, it’s a shame it’s not a two-story building.
The two best shops of them chosen by the host are in Toyama and Akashi, both of which are waterfront locations. So I sincerely hope that this new shop, also located along the coast, will be a great place that will make it into the host’s top 10.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
岩盤浴からの帰り道、ふと道端に目をやると、、、
これまで何もなかった場所に、馴染みのある看板が！
とうとうこの町にもできるかぁ。
採算計画はグループ基準をクリアしているのかな？
もしかして周囲に建つ高層マンションに在住の町のブルジョア層(?)がターゲットかな？
せっかく出来るんだから、長く営業してほしいですね。
ただ、その立地と客席から眺める景観とを考えると、二階建てじゃないのが残念です。
宿主の中のベスト２店舗は富山と明石にあって、どちらもウォーターフロントなので、同じく海岸沿いにできるこの店舗も宿主が選ぶベスト１０には入るような良いお店であって欲しいと願ってやみません。
