What a dishonourable ranking is this!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Finally, Fukuoka prefecture was ranked as the second worst in this country. Its promoting speed is skyrocketing!
(As of Jul.20, Fukuoka was 7th worst. I remember that it might be around 20th in the beginning of July.)

There is only one, Okinawa, worse than Fukuoka on the ranking list.
However everybody know that Okinawa is struggling between U.S.military base issue/too much relying on tourism industry and prefectural financing.
This data is very fair ranking, because it shows number of newly infected people per 100,000 population in a week.
We can say that it is the KPI（Key Performance Indicator) for COVID control of each local government.
Not like Okinawa, Fukuoka cannot make excuses to make anyone to be convinced.
Leaders and persons in charge of infection control in each local government (prefecture and two ordinance-designated cities) must investigate and open the root causes, make immediate measure and make their people to cooperate for it.
If they do nothing, it won’t take so long for Fukuoka to get the most disgraceful title.
As one person in tourism industry, I do want them to avoid such unfortunate situation.
(Specially tourists visiting Fukuoka pay accommodation tax for safe and fun travel. So do our guests. )

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
とうとうワースト２位です。赤丸急上昇！
（7/20の時点では７位でした。たしか月初めは２０位くらいだったように記憶します。）

上には、ご存知 米軍基地問題や観光客受け入れと県財政との狭間で苦しむ沖縄県しかいません。
この数値、人口１０万人あたりの感染者数ということなので、とてもフェアな指標です。
各自治体のコロナ感染対策のKPI（重要業績評価指標）といっても過言ではないでしょう。
沖縄と違って、福岡県には感染の急拡大に皆が納得できるだけの正当な言い訳がありません。
自治体（県と両政令指定都市）の長と感染対策責任者とは、この原因を究明・公表し、早急に対策を県民に呼びかける必要があります。
考えずに何もしないでいるとワースト１位という最も不名誉な称号が授与されるのにそれほど時間はかからないでしょう。
観光業に携わる一員として、それだけは回避してもらいたいものです。
