The merit, because of the demerit!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
This town, Komorie, is neither tourist spot nor commercial area.
Because of residents’ aging, this area get dark very early, even before 8 pm. So we sometimes feel lonely walking in this town at night.
This guesthouse has such locational demerit, but we have not a few repeater guests. It surprise us but we appreciate it at same time.
Not only repeater guests but also first-time guests, all of our guests have been so nice and fine people.
We noticed one thing after looking back about 6 years of our hosting history.
Because of this inconvenience, only people who are really curious about here and really like this place have come and stayed here.
Honestly speaking, guesthouse also want good and fine guests, as tourists want good and fine accommodation.
It seems that unconscious filter called as “inconvenience” makes ideal matchings happen here.
Again this time, we had guests with wonderful sense who like view from this house and wind through this town.
We have had only high quality guests and high sense guests, and we are proud of that.

デメリットゆえのメリット！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
観光地でも、商業地でもないここ小森江。
高齢化に伴い、夜になるとあたりは真っ暗、２０時ぐらいで通りには誰もいないさびしい町。
そんなデメリットばかりの当地・当宿を、何度も利用してくれるゲストさん達がいらっしゃいます。驚きとともに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
当宿のゲストさんは、リピーターさんも、初めての方もほんとに良い方ばかり。
コロナ禍で出来た時間に振り返ってみて気付きました。
この不便さゆえに、本当に当宿のことが気になった／気に入った方だけがいらっしゃってくれていることに。
旅人が良い宿を求めるように、宿もまた良いゲストに来ていただけるとありがたいのが本心なわけで、、、
不便さという意図していないフィルターが働いて、理想的なマッチングを実現してくれているようです。
今回もこの景色と町を吹き抜ける風とを気に入ってくれる素敵な感性を持ったゲストに利用していただきました。
感性レベル・クオリティレベルともに高いゲストばかりで、本当に有り難いです。
