The inconvenience of local area which people of big city don’t know

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It seems that our town, Mojiko, has become a popular destination for tourists, but…

it’s becoming increasingly inconvenient to live here.

M Bank (formerly Fuji Bank), the last remaining city bank on the street that was once known as Bank Street, now only has one ATM and one passbook recording machine left.

However,

I needed to make a somewhat complicated transfer, so I went to use the ATM there and saw this sign!

I went there at 14:30 and they were checking until 15:30! That’s not right!

Considering customer convenience, shouldn’t they be able to inspect the machines until 3pm, when other banks are usually open?

In Tokyo, you wouldn’t notice because there are branches and ATMs at every station, but this bank’s disregard for customer convenience, disregard for rural areas, and even the vulnerability of their systems are big problems. Their way to operate safe deposit boxes is also risky.

If you are using it as your main bank, we recommend that you reconsider.

東京の人は知らない地方の恐怖

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

わが町門司港、観光客には喜ばれる町になってきましたが、、、

住むにはどんどん不便になっています。

昔は銀行通りとも呼ばれたストリートに最後に残っていた都市銀行のM銀行（旧富士銀行）もいまやATM１台と通帳記帳機１台を残すのみになってしまいました。

でも、、、

ちょっと面倒な振込があって、ATMを利用しに行くと、こんな張り紙が！

２時半に行って、３時半まで点検中！それはないんじゃない？！

顧客の利便性を考えると、通常他行も営業している３時までは機械点検してはいけないんではないのかな？

東京だと駅ごとに支店やATMあるので気付かないでしょうが、こちらの銀行の顧客利便性軽視、地方軽視、さらにはシステムの脆弱性は大問題です。貸金庫の運営もリスキーですし。

もしメインバンクとして利用されている方がいたら、一度考え直すことをお勧めします。
