Severe pollen season has just started now

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Regardless of the feelings of those who were expecting it and those who weren’t, the weather has improved quite a bit, although it’s not completely clear up yet.

And sure enough, I started sneezing, having a runny nose, and my eyes were extremely itchy.

After hosting foreign tourists for nearly 10 years, I now think…

that none of them were wearing masks due to cedar pollen allergy.

I’ve heard of two people who developed hay fever after studying or working in Japan for a long time.

But generally speaking, foreign tourists seem to be fine, because they haven’t been exposed to cedar pollen for long enough to have a reaction to Japanese cedars.

When you think about it that way, there is no doubt that this is clearly caused by a failure of national policy.

Low productivity of Japanese people has been talked about in the international business world, but Japan’s productivity in March and April was probably the worst compared to other countries.

Isn’t the country willing to take some action right now?

If there was a political party that was serious about quickly taking measures against forest pollen, I would want to vote for them in the next election. Am I the only one who thinks this?

If there was a party called “Do Something About Pollen,” I would seriously support it.

Is there a bright future for a country that ignores its declining birthrate, weak yen, slush funds, and forestry policy mistakes and does nothing about them?

いよいよ本番

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

期待した人、しなかった人の思いはさておき、晴れ上がるとまではいかないまでも、結構天気が回復してきました。

そして案の定、くしゃみに鼻水、そして目が異様に痒かったりし始めました。

１０年近く外国人観光客をおもてなししてきて、今思うのは、、、

彼らにスギ花粉症でマスクしている人がいないこと。

日本での留学や仕事が長くて花粉症になったという人は二人ほど聞いたことがありますが、基本、外国人観光客は日本の杉に反応するほど長くスギ花粉に接してこなかったので大丈夫みたいです。

そう考えると、これは明らかに国策の失敗の結果なのは間違いありません。

日本人の生産性が国際経済界で取り沙汰されていますが、おそらく３月・４月の生産性は対外比最悪でしょう。

今すぐに国としてなにか手を打つ気はないのでしょうか？

早急かつ真剣に森林花粉対策をなんとかするという政党がいれば、次の選挙に入れたい、そんなことを思うのは自分だけでしょうか？

「花粉をなんとかする党」とかできたら本気で支援したいです。

少子化も円安も裏金も森林政策も失策をほったらかしにして、何もしようとない国に未来はあるのかな？
