Our SDGs… making steady progress!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Although it was cold in February, we had a guest who made us feel happy visited at our guesthouse!

Yes, repeat guest!

The guest who came solo last time brought his girlfriend this time, from overseas…

So, we are twice as happy.

In fact, we will have another repeat guest group coming this month, so we will be triple time happy!

Our ultimate goal is to have 1/3 of our monthly guests become repeat guests.

We do feel like we are slowly but surely getting closer to our goal step by step.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

寒い２月ですが、当宿にはうれしいゲストさんがいらっしゃいました。

そう、リピーター・ゲストさん！

前回はソロでいらっしゃったゲストさんが、今回は彼女を連れてきてくれました。それも海外から、、、

というわけで、うれしさ２倍。

実は今月にはもうひと組いらっしゃるので、うれしさ３倍！

最終的な目標は月のゲストの１／３をリピーターさんにするのが当宿の目標。

ゆっくりではありますが、一歩一歩確実に目標に近づいている実感があります。

It’s not all bad

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

The strongest and longest cold wave is hitting all over Japan.

Because of that, these days have been unusually cold,

We are trying to be quiet and refrain from going out for non-essential reasons, but…

it’s not all bad.

Because we can see such a fantastic sight, if we look out the window.

最強寒波も悪いことばかりじゃない

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

日本全土を襲来している最強・最長寒波。

異様に寒い日が続きますが、、、

不要不急の外出を控えて大人しくしていますが、、、

それも悪いことばかりではありません。

窓の外をみれば、こんなに幻想的な光景が見れるから。

Snow falling from the blue sky…

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Tuesday, the Japanese archipelago was hit by the strongest and longest cold wave of this season.

It seems like it was extremely cold all over this country, and here Kanmon is no exception.

However, there is a slight difference…

which the sky was blue, even though it was snowing.

But the temperature was unusually below freezing, and I felt cold to the core of my body.

And today Wednesday is expected to be even colder.

It seems that snowfall warnings have been issued, so please refrain from going out unless necessary.

青空から落ちてくる、、、

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

火曜日、日本列島は今年最強・最長の寒波の襲来を受けました。

全国各地でとんでもなく寒かったようで、ここ関門も例外ではありません。

ただ、少しだけ違うのが、、、

雪は降っているのに青空だったりしたことです。

でも気温は珍しく氷点下まで下がり、体の芯まで冷える気分でした。

そして、今日水曜日はさらに寒くなるとのことです。

積雪の警報も出ているようなので不要不急の外出はしないようにしましょう。
