Mild Heating!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
In these days, we have pretty cold nights and mornings here in Kanmon area.
(Sorry for the people living northern part of Japan. But we don’t have perfect facility against cold weather in Kyushu.)
This guesthouse is an all-electrified facility and we don’t use any fire for fire prevention.
Except One Fire in winter season!
There have been a few guests who noticed at small smell of kerosine oil. However we have kept using old stove (used for long time my parent’s shop) to create the atmosphere like mountain lodge.
The heat of stove is quite milder than that of air-conditioners or fan heaters.
Sometimes we enjoy like this. We feel happy with sweet smell in this dining room.
(Sometimes we also bake MOCHI, Japanese rice cake.)

(This rain will shift to Kansai area and later to Kanto area. We are praying no disaster will happen.)

やさしい温かさ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
ここのところ、関門エリアも夜や朝が冷え込みます。
（北国のみなさんゴメンなさい。九州は設備他寒さには弱いのです。）
当宿「灯火」はオール電化の施設で、丘陵地の火災予防という面からも基本的に火気は使用しません。が、しかしこの時期には唯一の「火」があります。
多少灯油くさいので、それに気付くゲストさんもいらっしゃいましたが、宿屋というか、山小屋っぽい雰囲気を出したいこともあり、実家の店舗で使っていた古いものを愛用しています。
これがエアコンや、ファンヒーターとは比べものにならないぐらいやさしい温かさなんです。
時にはこんなこともします。ほのかな甘い香りがダイニングに広がり、なんか幸せな気分です。
（お餅も美味しく焼けますよ。）
