Recent trends
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Our guesthouse has been used by various types of guests.
Families, couples, girl’s groups, both men and women solo travelers, etc. We are truly grateful for them all.
We found that there is a characteristic tendency in one category of our guests.
That category is “inbound businessmen’s groups”.
Their main purpose for coming to Japan is not sightseeing or gourmet food, and even otaku anime seems to be secondary.
After talking with them, we can understand that their main purpose for coming to Japan is
“Alcohol”!
In other words, more and more men’s groups are coming here to buy vintage liquor such as aged whiskey.
Their behavior pattern is that they’re going out to eat, visit several IZAKAYAs, then come back here, open the liquor they’ve gotten, and sample it.
At that time, they also drink beer as a chaser, and the result is like this.
Do this with three people! I wonder how many liters they drank, including some at the IZAKAYAs.
And by the time the date changes, almost all but one of them are drinking to excess, which is an interesting trend that the host, who rarely drinks, cannot understand.
(Even without the help of alcohol, life can be more enjoyable and conversations can be more lively.)

最近の傾向
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
当宿にはいろんなタイプのゲストさんがご利用いただいています。
ファミリー、カップル、女子グループ、男女ともに一人旅等々、本当にありがたいばかりですが、、、
その中の一つのカテゴリーに特徴的な傾向があるようです。
そのカテゴリーとはインバウンドのビジネスマン男性グループ。
彼らの来日の主目的は、観光やグルメではなく、オタクアニメですら二の次のようです。
話してわかる彼らの来日目的は、、、
「お酒」！
つまりウィスキー等のビンテージリカーを買いに来るという男性グループが増えているんです。
そんな彼らの行動パターンが、外食に出掛けてくると言って、居酒屋を何軒かハシゴした後ここに戻ってきて、ゲットしたお酒を開けて試し飲みをする。
その際にチェイサー代りのビールも飲むのですが、その結末がこんな感じ。
これを三人で！居酒屋分も併せて一体何リットル飲むんでしょうね。
そして決まって日付が変わる頃には、大体一人を除いてヘベレケになっているのが、お酒をほとんど飲まない宿主には理解できない面白い傾向です。
（別にお酒の力を借りなくても、人生楽しいし、会話も盛り上がりますしね。）
