大きなホワイトボードに掲示される、以前勤めていた会社の回答状況が気になって仕方なくなります。
１０年以上も前に辞めた会社なのに、辞めた時点で既に組合員ではなかったのに、、、
会社残した同期ももう還暦を迎え、役員になっているか、春闘の対象者から外れているかどちらかなのに、、、
正社員だけでなく、非正規も、さらに言えば管理職にとっても働き甲斐のある場所であってほしいという願いをこめて、、、
それでは、実質賃金が大幅プラスな素敵な一日を！
