Grandma’s taste
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
The one I made the other day…it’s working really well.
What is the one?
Yes, it is a mini bucket brazier.
I tried cooking that my grandma used to make for me a long time ago.
Double-dipping in soy sauce and baked on the brazier…this is hard to cook.
Because the soy sauce will burn on them, If you do this in a frying pan or on the stove. So I hesitate to cook like that.
However, it is a nostalgic and delicious taste of Japan.
Until it was completed, a delicious aroma lingered in the air, and I could see my grandmother’s face in the background.
And…the effect of far infrared rays is exceptional!
Even the seaweed is also grilled, making the cheap seaweed crispy and delicious.
Should I serve this to my guests on New Year’s Day?

禁断のレシピ 〜 この正月はコレっ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
先日作ったアレ、、、めちゃくちゃ調子良いです。
アレって、、？
そう、ミニバケツ火鉢。
昔、ばあちゃんがよく作ってくれたものにトライしてみました。
醤油の二度漬け焼き、、、これがなかなかできない。
フライパンでも、ストーブでもこれやると醤油が焦げ付いてしまうので躊躇してしまう。
でも、懐かしくて美味しいニッポンの味です。
出来るまでの間も香ばしい香りが漂って、そのむこうにばあちゃんの顔が浮かんできました。
そして、、、遠赤外線の効果は格別！
海苔まで炙れて、安い海苔がパリッパリの美味しさ。
お正月はコレを振る舞うかな？
それでは、子供の頃の香りと思い出とに包まれる素敵な一日を！
