My standards and new challenges
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I have visited and introduced some of the featured gourmet spots located between my two bases, Tokyo and Kitakyushu.
Only recently I have begun to understand the best pattern for living in two places and traveling between them.
At first, I make a list of the B-grade gourmet foods that I want to try while entertaining our guests.
Then, when I travel between bases, I try out the restaurants and add the ones I like to my regular gourmet stopover spots.
By the way, list of the standard dishes already includes those shown in the pictures, all of which are local delicacies that I want to eat at least once every three months.
I have a feeling that before long, the number of standards will increase to the point where I will find myself agonizing over which ones to choose…
The reason is… because the list of featured gourmet spots that I want to try during next trip is so long it’s almost overwhelming.
These are the joys of living in two places, which you would never be able to experience, if you were to travel by plane in pursuit of convenience.

定番とニューチャレンジ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
東京と北九州との二拠点間にある話題のグルメを実際に訪問するとともにご紹介してきました。
二拠点間生活とその間の移動について、最近になってようやくベストなパターンが分かってきました。
それは、、、まず、おもてなしをしながら、次にトライしたいB級グルメをリストアップしておきます。
そして二拠点間移動の際に実際に行って食べてみて、良かった場所を定番の立ち寄りスポットとして追加していくこと。
ちなみに、定番の一部にはすでに画像のようなグルメがあって、どれも３ヶ月に一度以上食べたい各地の逸品です。
なんかそのうちに定番の中から悩みに悩んで行くようになるほど定番が増える、、、そんな予感すらしています。
なぜって、、、実は次に行きたい話題のグルメがもう溢れるほどリストアップされているから。
以上、便利さを追求して飛行機なんかで移動してては絶対に味わえない二拠点生活の醍醐味でした。
