More recommending than EXPO
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Although the news reported that the number of visitors exceeded 100,000, there was no specific recommendation information such as what was good or where was good about Reiwa EXPO,
and there are rumors that the number of visitors of EXPO2025 was inflated in the first place.
The park at the Showa Expo is less crowded than the Expo, so it makes us feel better.
But to be honest, my purpose in Kansai is completely different from either Expo…
In fact, this is my real purpose.
After all, this is a highly coveted restaurant of mine that is called as “the oldest Chinese noodle shop in Japan”!
My desire to try it had been brewing for three months, and I was finally able to visit this restaurant.
And as for the taste…
It was a masterpiece beyond my imagination, different from any fried rice or fried rice I had ever eaten.
The mature soy sauce gave it a rather dark color which made it seem a bit bland, but…
The various finely chopped ingredients were in perfect harmony, and I was able to spend 20 minutes in bliss.

万博よりも、、、
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
ニュースでは入場者数が１０万人を超えたと報道されてた割には、どこが・何が良かったなど具体的なオススメ情報が聞こえてこなかったり、
そもそもその入場者数が水増しされているなんていう噂？も流れている2025年万博ですが、、、
そんな万博よりも、昭和万博の公園の方が空いてて気分良かったり、するわけです。
でも正直に言うと、どちらの万博よりも、全く違うところに関西での目的はあったりするわけで、、、
実はコレが本当の目的なんです。
なんたって「日本最古の中華そば屋」といわれている憧れ中の憧れ店！
一度味わってみたいという、その想いを３ヶ月間じっくりと熟成させて、ようやく訪問出来たという次第です。
で、肝心のお味はというと、、、
これまで食べたどの焼きメシ・チャーハンとも異なる想像以上の逸品でした。
熟成醤油ダレのせいで、どちらかというと濃い色の仕上げのため大味かと思いきや、、、
その中では細かく刻んださまざまな具材が絶妙なハーモニーを奏でていて、20分間の至福のひと時を過ごすことができました。
