What we have learned by talking directly
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I have not been able to introduce this for long time.
Although I’m not a rock superstar, there are many things I learn when I talk directly with guests from overseas.
There was a couple guest who had a picture of the two of them with a silver heart balloon on their profile, so I asked them if they were married couple, and they replied,
“Not a married couple, this is our trip for fourth anniversary of starting a relationship.”
We often hear from other couple guests that they are taking a trip to celebrate their 5th or 6th anniversary.
Nowadays, it seems that the concept of wedding anniversaries is low, and anniversaries after starting to date seem to be more important.
(Well, it’s true that once couple get married, they’ll be traveling with children and their destinations may change…)
We would like our guests to come back for a commemorative trip to celebrate their 20th and 30th anniversaries after starting to date without getting married.
I feel like I understand a little bit more about why they continue to be the worst number one in one important country performance indicator.

話してみて分かること
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
ロックなスーパースターではないけれど、海外からのゲストさんたちと直で会話しているとわかってくることが色々あります。
コロナ以降、増加傾向のゲストさんのパターンは若いカップルのゲストさん。
プロフィールに銀色のハート型バルーンと共に写っている二人の画像を登録しているカップルゲストさんがいたので、ご夫婦ですか？と尋ねたところ、、、
夫婦ではなくて、付き合って４周年記念の旅行とのこと。
他のカップルゲストさんからも付き合って５周年とか６周年の記念旅行という話をよく聞きます。
今や結婚記念日という概念は低くて、付き合ってからの記念日の方が重要のようです。価値観のシフト？！
（まぁ確かに結婚してからだと、子連れ旅行になって、行き先も変わってくるのかもしれませんが、、、）
是非ともゲストさんたちには、付き合ってから２０周年、３０周年の記念旅行でもまたいらしてほしいですよね。
彼らがある重要な指標でワースト・ナンバーワンで居続ける理由が少しだけ分かった気がしました。
