Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Perhaps because we are located in a place that is neither a downtown area nor a tourist destination, many of our guests are unique and wonderful guests.
Just as we were hoping to continue providing a comfortable and safe accommodation for these guests, we had the perfect visitor.
It was a visit from the police.
Just a few days ago, it was reported that the Fukuoka Prefectural Police will also be stepping up their investigations of lodging facilities, public racing stadiums, and other facilities in response to November’s month of intensified investigations of wanted suspects.

Oh, they’ve come already, I thought, and when I went to greet them, the two of them were standing at the entrance.
The main objective is to match our guest list with list of the wanted people.
The two of them face each other and the work begins!
After watching for a while, I noticed that the two of them were reading the list together. Reading through?!
When the police came to visit us last time, they were able to quickly tell if there were any wanted guests just by flipping through the guest list. I was impressed, considering they were from the Criminal Investigation Division.
In comparison, this time it was a reading through. Apparently, the two were from the Security Division and Traffic Division, who were called in, in response to a request for support during the month of intensified investigations.
The police have a hard time too!
In any case, this will raise the level of our security system to the next level.
We would like to ask all criminals to please refrain from staying at our guesthouse.

え！読み合わせっ？
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
繁華街でも観光地でもないところにある宿だからでしょうか、当宿を利用されるゲストさんにはユニークでかつ素敵な方が本当に多いです。
そんなゲストさんたちのために、快適で安全な宿で居続けたいと思っていたら、うってつけの訪問者がありました。
警察官の訪問です。
つい数日前に、福岡県でも11月の指名手配容疑者の捜査強化月間に対応して、宿泊施設や公営競技場などへの捜査を強化すると報道があったばかりです。

おぉ、早速来たかぁっと出迎えると、玄関前にお二人が立っていらっしゃいました。
主目的は、宿の宿泊名簿と指名手配者との付き合わせ。
お二人向き合って、作業開始！
少し見ていると、お二人でリストの読み合わせをしているでないですか。読み合わせ！？
以前、警察がいらした際には、宿泊名簿のパラパラっとめくるだけで、指名手配対象者がいるかどうかすぐに分かったようでした。刑事課からのお二人で流石だと感心しました。
それに比べて、今回は読み合わせっ。聞けば、捜査強化月間に際して、応援要請を受けて駆り出された、警備課と交通課からのお二人だったようです。
警察も大変ですね！
いずれにしても、これで当宿の防犯体制も一段レベルが上がります。
犯罪者の皆さんには、くれぐれも当宿を利用しないようにお願いしたいですね。
