Tried exploring
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Speaking this town, Moji in Kitakyushu, is…
the northernmost town in Kyushu! And of course, it’s also the northernmost town in Fukuoka Prefecture.
We know that everyone already knows it, but outside the window, we can see Honshu across the strait. (smile)
Geographically Moji locates in whole Kyushu’s northernmost peninsula. (The name is Kiku Peninsula.)
Living in a corner town like this, we might be surprised to find out that we don’t know much about other towns in Fukuoka Prefecture.
In contrast, our guests stay at our guesthouse while traveling to/from various parts of Fukuoka and Kyushu.
So, I thought it would be a shame to be unable to give conversation or travel advice…
Then I went!
So, where was I? It’s not the Onga River.
(Hint: It’s the longest river in Kyushu.)
And so, the host began his exploration with the aim of studying about Fukuoka prefecture.

探検してみた
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
この町、北九州の門司といえば、、、
九州最北端の町！もちろん福岡県の最北端でもあります。
いまさらですが、窓の外、海峡の向こうには本州が見えます。（笑）
そんな最北端の半島がそのまま門司となります。（ちなみに半島の名前は企救半島）
そんな町ですみっコぐらしをしていると、意外と福岡県の他の町のことを知らなかったります。
これに対して、ゲストさんは福岡や九州の色々なところから／へ移動する中での当宿での滞在です。
（ ♫ ゲストにとってウチはただの通りすがり、ちょっと予約してみただけの異邦人 ♫ ）
というわけで、会話や旅のアドバイスも出来ないようではいけないだろうということで、、、
行ってきましたぁ！探検に
さぁ、ここはどこでしょう？遠賀川ではありませんよ。
（ヒント：九州で一番長い川です。）
というわけで、あまり地の利のない福岡の町を勉強する目的で、宿主の探検が始まります。
それでは、わからないことは実際に行って見て触れてみる素敵な一日を！
