Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
The pine cones I picked up at the castle park, which I explained were essential to our guesthouse…
It’s not just because it’s Christmas.
This is because it is the perfect fire starter for starting a small amount of fire. And it’s free.
So, I finally completed this, as I wanted to secure an even smaller heat source,
which is “bucket HIBACHI (Japanese brazier)”
The wood ash that I have been accumulating little by little every time I BBQ has finally accumulated to suitable level for a HIBACHI.
When I put some charcoal, that I lighted by using the pine cones I had picked, into the mini brazier,
It feels really good. It reminded me of the brazier that used to be at my grandma’s house.
It has both firepower and fire retention, making it perfect for cooking small baking items, and above all, it seems perfect for keeping certain space warm in times of disaster.
I tried grilling a little meat, and the cheap meat turned into a delicious meat dish!
We would also like to make a little yakitori. The rice cakes, which are often used in the upcoming season, were cooked also very delicious.

不可欠アイテム・ニューアイテム
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
当宿に不可欠と解説したお城で拾ってきた松ぼっくり、、、
別にクリスマスだからというわけではありません。
少量の火おこしをするのに最適な着火剤だからです。タダだしね。
そんなわけで、さらに少量の熱源を確保したいと、ようやく完成しました、、、
バケツ火鉢！
BBQの度に少しづつ貯めてきた木灰がようやく火鉢らしいレベルに貯まってきました。
そのミニ火鉢に、松ぼっくりで火おこしした炭をいれると、、、
すこぶるいい感じです。昔、ばあちゃんちにあった火鉢を思い出しました。
火力、日持ち共に二拍子揃って、ちょっとした焼きものにもいいし、なにより災害時の暖をとるのに最適そうです。
ためしにちょっと肉を焼いてみましたが、安いお肉が激ウマ肉料理に変身！
ちょっとした焼き鳥なんかも作ってみたいですね。これからの季節に多用するお餅もとてもおいしく焼けました。
