Artistic Autumn in the city of Kitakyushu
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Here in Kitakyushu, even though it has suddenly become cold since the dawn of winter, mobile kerosene sales have started to take place near the place, so we can feel the arrival of autumn.
In this fall, I visited the city’s best art spot for the first time since I was an elementary school student.
The museum was just holding an exhibition of its 50th anniversary collection, and it was a perfect for me visit to fill in the blanks about the city’s artistic life over the decades that I had been away from home.
This exhibition is said to be running until this Sunday.

小学生以来ひさびさの秋
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
ここ北九州では連休明けから急に冷え込んで、灯油の移動販売も近所に来るようになったことで、秋の到来を身をもって実感しています。
そんな秋、小学生だった頃以来で、この街一番のアートスポットを訪ねてみました。
ちょうど開館５０周年の所蔵作品の展覧会をやっていて、故郷を離れていたために生じた数十年ものこの街の芸術活動についての空白を埋めるのにちょうどいい訪問となりました。
こちらの展覧会、この日曜日まで開催されているそうです。
自分のように、自らの芸術的側面に空白をお持ちの方は５０年間の芸術の中に身を置いてみてはいかがでしょう？
