A place, we can enjoy Marathon 3-4 times more!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It gets cooler and cooler and we see more and more often.

Runners or Joggers.

This town will also have big marathon race after new year will come.

“Kitakyushu Marathon” in February.
(According to our runner guests, it is popular race, because of good assisting system, many cheering local people along the route and various service for runners. So many people are out of the lottery to run the race.)

Since last month, they have started contacting winner and race entry and we had inquiry or booking our guesthouse.

Race start/goal point are 2 JR stations away from here. It is convenient access with very short walking time.

Specially here good for cheering runners. We can cheer runners two times on the way of runners to/back at seaside road near Komorie station. (We, guesthouse staffs, will go there to cheer our guest runners.)

As this guesthouse, marathon course and Komorie station are very close each other, supporters can also cheer runners at starting point, turning point in Mojiko, finishing point, if they want.

In the night before Kitakyushu Marathon, we still have vacancy for only one more male runner and a few female guests in both dormitory room. On the day, we minimize number of guests for their comfortable sleeping.

We are supporting our runner guests and we hope all of them can break their own time records in the past.

北九州マラソン 三倍・四倍楽しめる宿！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

少し寒くなってくるとよく見かけるようになりました。

そう、ランナーあるいはジョガー！（たまに美ジョガーも）

年が明けると、この町でも大きなマラソン大会が開催されます。

２月に開催される「北九州マラソン*」です。
（*利用者の話では、この近辺ではサポート体制・沿道応援・各種サービスが良いため、すごく人気のあるレースだそうで、なかなか参加するための抽選に当たらない人もいるそうです。）

既に先月に当選・エントリーがはじまっているそうで、宿泊の問い合わせを受けるようになっています。

当宿からスタート・ゴール両地点へはJRを使って二駅と便利で、歩行時間はとても短い便利なアクセスです。

特にマラソンの応援には最適で、小森江駅近くの海岸線の往路・復路で二度応援できます。（当宿あげて、この二回ゲストランナーを応援に行きます！）

さらにマラソンコースと小森江駅とゲストハウスが近いことで、やろうと思えばスタート*・ゴール・門司港レトロでの折返しでもごひいきのランナーを応援することができます。（*スタートはランナーが多すぎて応援にならないかも。）

そんな「北九州マラソン」の前夜の当宿「灯火」ですが、男性はあとお一人様、女性は数名ご利用いただけます。ランナーのご利用ということで、快眠いただくためにドミトリーは通常より少ない人数設定でご利用いただきます。
