Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Winter Olympic being held in neighbor country has made people excited everyday.
But I cannot stop paying attention to the GAIJIN athletes who were shown a little bit in LIVE game programs which show Japanese athletes mainly.
For example：
An Ukrainian athlete who have Russian mother,

no asylum seeker from the country during this Olympic,
(I guess asylum seekers can choose the host country.)
In a familiar place, the reason why official international video not showing Japanese name of athlete,
a skater who used to represent France but Canada this time,
a young and popular skier of unclear nationality, who got many Olympic medals,
a skier who caused controversy by showing sign board with “No War” during the Festival of Peace,
(I personally think no problem, Also I imagined that it is so cool, if Japanese snowboarder were flying in the air, showing “No Nukes” LOGO on the backside of their boards.)
and a Turkish ski jumper who insisted inhumane policy of the host country silently.
These video made us wonder “what is the country for” naturally. Can’t you faintly see the limit of present style Olympic?
I do believe that there may be some athletes with the flag of “Japanese Ryukyu” in the Olympic several times later.
(I don’t feel uncomfortable if I see that they want their historical land back, because they can no more stand barbarous treatment by Japanese government.)

見方を変えると
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
お隣の国で開催中の冬季オリンピック。熱戦が繰り広げられていますが、、、
日本人選手中心の中継画像にチラッと映る、ガイジン(?)選手のことが気になって仕方ありません。
たとえば、、、
お母さんがロシア人のウクライナ選手とか、

この大会では亡命騒動はないのかな、とか、
（きっと亡命したい側は開催国を選ぶよなぁ）
身近なところでは、この選手なんで国際映像では日本名で表示されないの、とか、
前回はフランス代表で、えっ、今回はカナダ代表？とか、
他にも、メダルをいくつも獲得した国籍不明な若手人気選手とか、
平和の祭典で「No War」を提示して論議を呼ぶ（平和の主張だから良いじゃん）選手とか、
（NO NUKESってロゴをあしらったボードの裏を見せながら、大空を飛んでいく日本人いたらかっこいいのにね。）
開催国の非人道的政策を無言で講義するトルコ人選手とかもいたりして、、、
自然に「国っていったいなんなん？」という疑問に陥ります。現形態でのオリンピックの限界も薄っすら見えてきませんか？
何回か先の夏のオリンピックにはジャパニース・リュウキュウの旗を掲げる選手が出場していてもおかしくないかもしれませんね。
（本国の非道な扱いに耐えかねた結果。歴史的に固有の領土を主張しても違和感なく感じます。）
