Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It was the coldest of this season in the weekend.

And we also had snow here in Kanmon.

When I was frozen in the cold,

our guests from the country below freezing said no big deal at all

and went out to drink at night until dawn.

I knew it but I did recognized clearly that hot and cold are subjective sensations.

Even in Japan, we have several temperature zone and I think that I should be convinced that I came here from Hokkaido.

あくまでも主観的

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

今シーズン一番の冷え込みとなったこの週末。

ここ関門でも雪が降りました。

あまりの寒さに凍えていたら、、、

氷点下の国から来たゲストさんは、全然大したことはないと、

未明まで夜遊びに出掛けて行ってしまいました。

分かってはいたんですが、やはり暑い寒いは主観的な感覚ですね。

日本でも地域差は大きいわけで、今後は北海道から来た感覚で関門暮らししてると考えるようにします。

それでは、気持ちで負けずに素敵な一日を！

毎朝ワクワク / Exciting every morning

Exciting every morning

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Lately, I have been exciting every morning.

The reason is “NHK’s morning drama serials”.

The story of current drama is about an active girl challenging to be an airline pilot.

Now she is training at flight school flying with a small airplane with single engine.  And it reminds me the time I was in the air.

After watching the drama, I have remembered my training, solo flight, night flight, cross country and so on, reading my VFA terminal area chart.

I was staying in the State of golfer’s paradise but I had never on the golf courses there.  I had been in the rivers, on the street with my motorcycle or flying in the air.

Unfortunately I failed at the last and only chance to take the test for license before coming back to Japan. However various experience in the air was very good memories in the U.S.

毎朝ワクワク

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

最近、毎朝ワクワクしています。

なぜって？ その理由は「朝ドラ」。

主人公が空を飛ぶ訓練をしている姿を見ながら、かつて飛んでいた空のことを思い出すから。

ソロフライト、ナイトフライト、クロスカントリー、昔の航空図を見ながら当時のことを思い浮かべたりしています。

ゴルフ天国の州にいながら、ゴルフは全くすることなく、釣りとバイクとフライトトレーニングに明け暮れた週末でした。

結局、一度だけの審査にフェイルして、直後に日本に帰任してしまったけれど、とても良い思い出です。

それでは、青空の下で素敵な一日を！
