Revenge! Another match against South Africa

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It was comfortable weather with partly cloudy Sunday. I went to the stadium this city boasts.

The match on Sunday was female soccer football Nadeshiko Japan v.s. South Africa.

Grass looked vivid green in the sunlight. Weather was perfect to watch the game. Nadeshiko Japan won the game against South Africa by a score of two to zero. We enjoyed watching their goal scenes.

It was announced that the number of spectators was 8,453 and we felt a little disappointing because it cannot make over 10,000. However box seats in a stadium was local and friendly atmosphere. I noticed that my seat was surrounded by the children who are going to the elementary and junior high schools which I graduated from.

The best thing of watching the game was price range of the ticket.

It must be like this (*pls refer photo) for the kids can enjoy watching sport games, I thought. And I realized again that the price of Rugby World Cup and Tokyo Olympic Games ticket is too expensive.

Thank you and a nice day without too much focus on Money.

P.S. This Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu was very easy to access from our guesthouse.

リベンジ！南アフリカ戦

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

時折青空がのぞく、心地よい天気の日曜日、わが町自慢のスタジアムにでかけてきました。

この日のカードは、なでしこジャパン対南アフリカ、女子サッカー対決。

試合中は天気もよく、芝の緑が目に眩しい観戦日和、試合結果も２対０でなでしこジャパンが勝利し、ゴールシーンも見れた楽しい一日でした。

この日の観戦者数は8,453人だったようで、10,000人を越えなかったのが残念でしたが、座席のまわりは自分の出身小学校・中学校のスポーツ活動グループ（？）の子供達に囲まれていることに気付くと、なんともローカル・アットホームなスポーツ観戦でした。

今回の観戦で一番良かったのは、なんといってもチケットの価格帯。

未来を担う子供たちが楽しくスポーツ観戦できるようにするにはこのぐらいがちょうどいいと実感。ワールドカップやオリンピック（予選ですら）チケットの法外な価格設定にあらためて疑問を感じてしまいました。
