This time, I tried to enjoy spring just arrived here with the same way as last time.
The taste reminded me the guest brought it back from a spot he visited.
If material is good, simple method must be the best way to cook it.
Thank you, There were the episode of this guesthouse last week when temperature was very cold at night.
This week, it gets very warm and we thought such fun cooking is out of season now. However weather forecast said that we will be back cooler weather again next week.
So I am excited about what kind of material I should prepare for next week, as we have a little more fuel.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
先と同じ方法で、今度は春を楽しんでみました。
以前、旅先で買ってきてくれたゲストさんもいたなぁ、とか思い出しながら、、、
素材が良いと調理方法はシンプルなのが一番ですね。
以上、先週寒いうちのエピソードでした。
今週はずいぶん暖かくなって、こんな楽しみ方ももう終わりかもと思っていたら、このあたり来週はまた寒の戻りだそうです。
燃料もまだ少しあるし、次はどんな素材を手に入れようか、ワクワクしてしまいます。
