Looking for the autumn

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It was so hot everyday,

but now it has been comfortable in the morning and the night.

Inspired by photos of nature a guest sent us, I went out to look for the autumn.

Then I immediately found red flowers on the side of ridgeway between rice and crop fields.

That autumn flower can’t be seen in urban concrete jungle but we can find them in the suburb which has rice field.

Don’t you get out of big cities once in a while and explore autumn in Japan?

秋を探して

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

あんなに暑かった毎日ですが、

朝晩は本当に過ごしやすくなっています。

ゲストが送ってくれた大自然の写真に刺激されて、秋を探しに出掛けてみました。

すると、田畑の畦道の脇に赤い秋が、、、

東京都心など田畑のない場所ではなかなか見ることもないでしょうが、田んぼがあるようなすこし郊外に出るとよく見かける秋の花です。

たまには街を飛び出して、日本の秋を探してみませんか？

九州に入りては宿主に従え！ / When in Kyushu, do as Yassan said!

When in Kyushu, do as Yassan said!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We got a message with photo.

It was from one of our guests who stayed here in this month and left here for driving around Kyushu.

The photo was taken at Yassan’s favorite spot in these days with great nature of Kyushu.

The guest seems to travel/drive as our advice we talked during her stay.

And the guest mentioned that she like the spot very much!

We have never forced our advice to all guests. If we found that a guest was curious about our travel experiences, we have selected best information from our big stock for that particular guest. That is our style of travel advising.

The guest is adding her curiosity and challenging sprit to advised information. As the result, she could get very delicious and unusual (on the mountain) curry rice which Yassan have never had before.

The guest’s reaction is a great honor as a guesthouse owner.

We do want to communicate/talk with such guests from now on.

九州に入りては宿主に従え！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

画像付きのメッセージが届きました。

今週滞在して、そののち九州周遊の旅に出かけて行ったゲストさんからでした。

画像は宿主の最近のお気に入り、九州の大自然スポット！

滞在中にココが良いからと絶賛おすすめしたルートに従って、回られているようです。

そしてこのスポットをとっても気に入ったと！

決しておすすめをゴリ押ししているわけではなく、ゲストさんが興味を持たれる方には、数ある旅行体験の引き出しの中から、その人に合うであろうスポットやアクティビティを紹介するのが当宿のスタイルです。

今回のゲストさんは、ここで得た情報に、ご自身の好奇心とチャレンジ魂をプラスして、宿主も食べたことのない美味しいカレーライスにもありつけたようです。

A landmark in the night

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As it becomes not so hot in the night, we went out for walking around this town.

Of course, we headed to the strait.

On the way to shopping, we enjoyed walking along the strait side.

The night view is beautiful, isn’t it?

In addition to direct lights, lights reflected on the strait surface looked so mystical.

However, the source of these lights is “LOVE HOTEL (Lovers’ Hotel)”

It always come into my sight but it doesn’t come into my conscious.

In a way, they are in competition with us, though business targets are different.

夜のランドマーク

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

夜が過ごしやすくなってきたので、この町を散歩に出かけてみました。

やっぱり足が向くのは海の方角。

買い物がてら、岸壁に沿って少し歩いてみました。

夜景が綺麗です。

さらにそんな光が満潮の海面に反射して、なんとも幻想的な散歩になりました。

でもね、この鮮やかな光を発しているのはラブホテル（恋人たちのためのホテル）。

視界には入りますが、あまり見えていることを意識しないようにしている建物です。

ある意味、当宿と競合しているとも言えなくもない、、、でもターゲットが違いますよね。

それでは、水辺を散歩して癒される素敵な一日を！
