Smell of Winter

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It seems that Winter also came to Kanmon.

To prepare for coming winter, one more heater was added in Kitchen and Dining of TOUKA, where people get together.

Yes. A Kerosine stove.

I salvaged a small stove from my parent’s shop building which is planned be torn down.

The stove is really small, but as TOUKA is also small, it makes dining room warm in a few minutes.
Slight smell of burned kerosine oil reminds me the atmosphere of mountain lodge.

Please come to TOUKA and get warmed by the small stove at a little guesthouse on the outskirt

冬の香り

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

関門には冬まで来ちゃったみたいです。

ちいさいゲストハウス「灯火」では、皆が集うキッチン・ダイニングにエアコンにプラスして暖房を入れました。

そう、「石油ストープ」です。

元々の実家で取り壊す予定のお店の建物の中に忘れられていた本当にちいさいストーブをサルベージしてきました。

「灯火」は本当にちいさい家なので、すぐに温まります。
ほのかな石油の匂いが昭和の山小屋の雰囲気を醸し出してくれます。

町はずれ？の山小屋「灯火」是非一度ほっこりしに来てください。
それでは、どうぞほんのり温まる素敵な冬の一日を！
