Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I have really enjoyed traveling Taiwan in November. Foods and sweets in Taiwan are all wonderful for me. Specially there is one fine food that won my heart during the stay there.
Sorry to say that it is not a special food which you are expecting to hear.
It is ordinary breakfast menu for people in Taiwan.
It is nourishing food with simple but deep flavor, I thought. Perfect food in the morning for energy supply for whole day.
Nowadays, various Taiwan brand sweets and drink shops have open their branch shops in Japan. So I am expecting that someone open the Dousing shop in this area, where has a business/trading relationship in its history. Of course with Taiwan price!

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
11月の台湾旅行では、台湾料理・台湾スイーツと食の豊かさを楽しみましたが、そんな中で特に気に入った一品（逸品）を見つけることが出来ました。
残念ながら、高価な中華料理ではありません。
期待に沿えずに申し訳ありません。
それは定番の朝食メニューです。
栄養豊富で、ファストフードながら味わい深く、、、
朝の活力補給に最適だなぁと感動しました。
タピオカ・ティーなどの台湾ブランドが次々と日本に上陸する中、こんな朝食のお店を誰かこの近くで出店しないかな、と真面目に思う今日このごろです。もちろん台湾プライスでね！
