Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Since COVID-19 pandemic started, we have quite few guests from foreign countries. As we cannot have opportunities to hear about other countries, we tried to cook this. “Lurou fan (滷肉飯)”
With the recipe we learned here.
When we were cooking, the smell of the food remained us our guests visited here from the country.

作ってみました
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
感染拡大以降、海外からのゲストさんはほぼいなくなり、異国の話を聞く機会も少なくなって寂しいので、作ってみました。
以前、教わったレシピで、、、
作っている最中から、その香りで、彼の国からいらっしゃったゲストさんたちのことを思い出してしましました。
それでは、懐かしくて美味しそうな香りに包まれる素敵な一日を！
