Major media has reported frequently about extreme heat during 3 days holiday.

Here, Kanmon area, was not the exception.

It might be because of the heat, the fellow who is usually hanging around the hydrangea leaves in our entrance, came into this guesthouse looking for coolness.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。おはようございます。

連休中の気温が日本中で異様に暑かったことは、メディア各社が報道していますが、

ここ関門リアも例外ではありませんでした。

そのせいか、普段は玄関の紫陽花の葉っぱの上を住処にしているヤツが、クールシェアを求めて屋内に入ってきていました。

今回の被害 / Damage situation

Damage situation

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Saturday, news about heavy rain in whole western area had been broadcasted whole day.

After we confirmed that heavy rain and landslide warnings have been lifted, we checked around this neighborhood.

Fortunately, we could not find any serious damage in the neighbor, but a little far area around my parents house, we see rocks and sands was flowing on the street.

What we could found out was like these and we felt reserved.

今回の被害

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。おはようございます。

土曜日、朝から西日本の豪雨についてのニュースが終日報道されていました。

豪雨や土砂災害の警報が解除されたのを確認して、ご近所エリアの被害状況を見ました。

幸い宿の近隣では被害は見受けられませんでしたが、少し離れた場所、実家の周辺では土砂が流れ出ていたのを確認しました。

目についた地域の被害はこのくらいで、今のところ2018年の豪雨と比べても被害の程度は小さくて、ホッと一息、良かったと思いました。

The grace of the light

Recently, we look forward to checking them every day.

Because the seedlings planted in our garden two years ago finally came to fruition.

It is exciting to see the fruits are getting colored day by day.

We can’t wait harvesting.

Now we are planing to plant various seedings in our small garden to contribute building our petit food security regime here.

光の恵み

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。おはようございます。

最近、毎日楽しみです。

なぜなら、一昨年植えたものがようやく結実したから。

収穫が待ち遠しくて仕方ありません。
