Nobody can stop expansion of infection and critically ill patients in Japan.
Severe storm of COVID-19 is also blowing in Japanese Diet.
Recently we change our BGM from Bossa Nova and Hawaiian to live broadcasts of parliamentary proceedings.
Did you say WHY?
Because it is so fun.
Opposition party plays“straight man” and Government plays “funny man”. Specially a Diet member who is former female talent and prime minister was super funny. I couldn’t help blowing it out.
It’s no joke! I do recommend it for your BGM. It is much funnier than popular comedy show.
Anyway government’s response has been very disappointing. As the result, cabinet support rate was calculated as the lowest yesterday, of course. We bet that it will keep lowering in inverse proportion to the number of death by COVID-19.
Frankly I feel the distance toward death is closer among Japanese citizen than Myanmar citizen.
Among such COVID-19 mutant strain storm is blowing, our Fukuoka prefecture welcome Olympic Torch Relay today.
Because of the state of emergency over Fukuoka, relay on public road is canceled. Only lighting ceremony will be held here.
I heard that Fukuoka is the first prefecture who canceled relay all over the area.
Of course, torch relay in our town was cancelled. We feel sad when we see standing signboards and big banner telling about relay.
(I felt sad already when I saw the date was updated by sticker.)
The lighting ceremony means that there will be a small platform bearing the Olympic flame is installed in our town. And I will check sometimes whether if the flame gets off after torch relay will go across the strait. (I am curious how they transport the torch across the strait.)

いよいよ今日から！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日本では感染者・重症患者の増加が止まりません。
そんなコロナの嵐が国会にも吹き荒れています。
最近、当宿館内のBGMはボサノバやハワイアンを止めて、「国会中継」にしています。
なぜって？
そりゃ、面白いから。
野党がツッコむと、菅政権が「ボケ」る！ 元タレント女性議員との質疑・答弁は思わず吹き出すほどでした。
冗談抜きで在宅勤務のＢＧＭにオススメです。お笑い番組よりも笑えます。
それにしても、政府側の答弁は、ほんと諦めの境地です。
その結果として、当然ながら昨日発表された菅内閣の支持率は過去最低。
これから先もコロナウイルスの死者の数と反比例して、さらに下がることでしょう。
率直に現在のミャンマー国民よりも、日本国民の方が「死への距離」が近い気すらします。
そんな新型コロナウイルス変異株の嵐が吹き荒れる中、我が福岡県は今日から二日間「聖火リレー」を迎えます。
緊急事態宣言下で公道でのリレーは中止。点火式のセレモニーだけが行われるそうです。
都道府県内全域でランナーが走らないのは福岡県が初めてだそうです。
もちろん我が町でも公道リレーはなし。立て看板や横断幕がすごくむなしい感じです。
（すでに年号が貼り替えられていた時点で、イベント年号との違い・修正シールが十分痛かったですが、、、）
点火式ということは、町のどこかに聖火台ができるのでしょう。聖火が海峡を渡ったら（今回はどうやって渡るんだろう？画像は前回らしい）、、、その火が消えてないか確認しに行こうと思います。
コロナ風が吹けば〜♫ オリンピックが流れる〜♫、
もとい、風が吹けば〜♫ 歌が流れる〜♫
