I watched the celebration of peace on TV, but I could not be excited so much.

I can’t concentrate on working,

because of these two men. And it is worse than COVID-19 pandemic.

始まったばかりの平和の祭典をテレビで見ても、どこか気持ちが盛り上がりません。

仕事にも気が入りません。

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大以上に、すべてこの男たちのせいです。

Our prefectoral governor declared that the semi-state of emergency measures will be lifted as of this weekend.

Is the s really OK?

When my father became unable to move, his care manager worried about him and try to arrange short-term hospitalization.

However patients have been transferred from down town hospitals to those in this time due to the pandemic. There was no hospital rooms are full in this area. So we abandoned his short-term hospitalization.

According to COVID-19 hospitalization data prepare by this prefecture, we cannot find any drastic decreasing data.

It seems that we still pay extra attention not to have any decease, accident or injury at all.

Because we may not be able to carried to proper hospital by the ambulance,

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

この週末をもって、わが福岡県の「まん延防止等重点措置」が解除されることになりました。

でも、本当にいいのかな？

今週前半に父が具合悪くなった時に、心配した担当ケアマネさんが気を回してくれて短期入院の対応をあたってくれたのですが、、、

どうも市街地の病院で受け入れ拒否された多くの患者さんがわが町まで転送されて、どの病院も病室は満室。短期入院を諦めざるを得ませんでした。

県が公開している入院関係のデータを見ても、入院患者が大きく減っているような状態ではなさそうです。

解除後も気を抜くことなく、病気・事故・怪我にあわないよう気をつけて生活する必要がありそうです。

救急車に乗っても行く先の病院、すぐには見つかりそうにありませんからね。

Live Voice

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

When we focus on showing our guests hospitality by communicating with them,

we have chances to listen their live voice about recent hot spots.

Let us talk about nursing homes in Japan.

For these years, we have had guests who (will) quit nursing jobs, decided to travel and stop by this place. Such guests are not a few.

On TV news, a story was introduced that students from overseas have just graduated from vocational school and will join into nursing industry in Japan.

Among the guests who quit/will quit nursing home, there are foreign workers

After hearing their episodes, we are worrying that nursing collapse may happen / already happened in Japan, like medical collapse is happening now by COVID-19 pandemic. Pandemic is accelerating nursing collapse.

Facts are more serious than news.

With taking care of my father, I did worry about it will be happening, when he will need nursing service.

Will your important people be OK with quality care?

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

旅人とふれあうおもてなしを展開していると、

面白いもので、話題になっている現場の生の声を聞くことが多々あります。

今回取り上げる噂の現場は「介護施設」。

ここ数年、介護職を辞める／辞めたタイミングで出た旅の途中に当宿を立ち寄ってくれたゲストさん、少なくありません。

巷では海外から来日され、専門の学校で研修プログラムを終え卒業していく外国人学生のことが話題になっていたりしますが、

当宿を利用された介護職を辞める／辞めたゲストさんの中には外国人で日本の施設にいる／いた方もいらっしゃいます。

彼らの話を聞いていると、今問題になっているコロナの「医療崩壊」のように、「介護崩壊」が起きるのではないか（もしかしたらもう起こっている？）と思えてきます。そんな介護崩壊もコロナのせいでさらに加速しているようです。

現実は報道より切実なり。

父の介助をしながら、今後介護が必要となる段階で崩壊してたら困るなぁ、と心配でたまりません。
