The edge of the typhoon

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

The typhoon swerved away from Kyushu island and will not strike Japan. I heard about disaster by rain but it is good to hear no direct hit.

Here is quite far from the center of the typhoon, but we could see the edge of the typhoon.

Wind was blowing stably.

P.S. By the way, I do like this cargo ship very much. I want her to cruise around the dark world with COVID-19.

台風の端っこ

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

今回の台風は九州を逸れ、日本にも上陸することなく、南下していくそうです。雨による被害はあるようですが、台風直撃がなくて良かったですね。

その台風、中心はここからずいぶん遠いのですが、窓から台風の一番外側の風を見ることが出来ました。

キングギドラ出現！/ King Ghidorah is moving!

King Ghidorah is moving!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We do not get tired of watching view from this guesthouse, as various things appear in it.

When I was working at this reception, I felt something big moving out of the corner of my eye. So I turned my face to the window and saw:

Something like giant monster, King Ghidorah (a rival monster of Godzilla), is moving in the strait.

I think that you can imagine the size and force, when you watch the pictures that we could see it even after it moved behind the Hikoshima island, the other side of the strait.

Don’t you come here and watch the view which never get us bored.

キングギドラ出現！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ここから見る景色にはいろんなものが現れるので本当に飽きません。

仕事をしていると、視界の隅っこに大きな何かが動くのを感じて窓の外を見ると、、、

巨大怪獣！ まるでキングギドラが動いているようです。（メカキングギドラ？）

その大きさと迫力は海峡をぐるっと待って、対岸の彦島の向こう側に行ってからもまだ見えていることからお分かりになると思います。

毎日見ていても飽きない景色、一度見に来ませんか？

灰色のパレード / Parade of Gray Ships

Parade of Gray Ships

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Thursday morning, when I open the curtain, I saw one gray ship passing through Kanmon strait.

Just after one gray ship, another gray ship followed the first one.

When I checked my computer, I saw other 2 ships already passed Kanmon strait just before these 2 ships.

Names of ships are, in order of passing,

Hyuga, Shiranui, Makinami and Yuudachi.

Several minutes after their passing, they all disappeared from positioning system map.

What is happening on the sea, during all people are relaxing in four days holiday.

灰色のパレード

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

木曜の朝、カーテンを開けると、、、

灰色の船が、、、

すぐ後を、もう一隻灰色の船が、、、

よくみると、その直前にも二隻海峡を通り過ぎているようでした。

通過した順に、

ひゅうが、しらぬい、まきなみ、ゆうだち、、、

少しすると、４隻とも位置情報から消えてしまいました。

連休に入り、人々が和んでる中で、海の上では何が起きているのでしょう。
