Finally, we are having beautiful autumn red maple leaves even on level ground all over Japan.

We want our guests, who are thinking about re-visiting to Japan, to come just “now”.

Sakura season is good of course, but Autumn leaves season is also as good as Sakura!

P.S. However this weekend may not be the good timing, cause’ there are not a few Japanese people in four day holiday.

There are also full of fine foods in our neighbor three prefecture in Kyushu, Oita, Kumamoto and Saga.

Let us introduce these in this article, cause they were so delicious.

It is no exaggeration to say that western Japan including Kyushu are in “UDON cultural zone”.

But here is an exception, Soba, buckwheat noodle, taste so good in this place. We want you to try it in this recipe.

The taste of autumn is stick to the mouth. What a wonderful taste of the mountains!

お隣の三県、大分・熊本・佐賀にも美味しいものがいっぱい。

あまりにも美味しかったので紹介させていただきます。

西日本〜九州は主に「うどん文化圏」といっても過言ではありませんが、
