Gotta catch our Cool Morning BGM!
Good morning to the World, Kobe and Kanmon!
After cooling down my body heated by hot bath on the deck, when I went back into cabin, I heard cool sound came in my ears.
I found guitar and accordion duo on the bottom of open ceiling space.
They were playing soft and comfortable Bossa Nova music, quite different from Japanese music.
It was only 30 min short concert but I was completely fascinated by their sound.
Name of the duo is “Wind Rumor”. It surprised me that they are musicians of Moji. The guy playing guitar is living in north part of Moji. Lady who play accordion is living very close to TOUKA. It is really walking distance! As I didn’t know such a fashionable musicians are working in Moji, my neighbor, that was the biggest surprise and happiness in same time for me. I am so excited to play their music as morning BGM of TOUKA.
The boat cruised so smooth like their sound after their concert. I could sleep very well in such a big space of 2nd class passenger room.
The next day:
After wake up, I bought fresh baked (in the ferry boat) breads and ate them on the deck.
I could have relax bathing alone just before berthing at new port of Moji.
During my relaxation, boat arrived Moji just on time, and I disembarked before 9:00am
After berthing, passengers without automobile rode on the free limousine bus to Moji Station, and I realized that ferry boat is one of convenient access methods from Kansai to TOUKA, because Komorie station, nearest station from TOUKA, is one stop from Moji station. If you with car, you can be at TOUKA 15min after Disembark from ferry boat.

爽やかな「灯火」の朝にピッタリのBGMゲットだぜ！
世界中に朝が、そして神戸に、関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
湯上がりの火照った身体をデッキで冷ました後、船内に戻ると、、、
なにやら、ロビーから爽やかな音楽が聞こえてきます。
吹き抜けの一番下をみると、アコーディオンとギターのデュオ！
そのペアが演歌でも歌謡曲でも古賀ギターでもない、日本ではあまり聞くことのないスタイル、大人のボサノバ風の優しいインストロメンタルを響かせていました。
わずか30分のミニ・コンサートでしたが、完全に魅了されてしまいました。
聞けば、なんと門司のミュージシャン「Wind Rumor」。アコーディオン担当の女性はなんと「灯火」から歩いていける所にお住まいで、中学の後輩にあたる素敵な女性。ギター担当の渋めの男性も田ノ浦にお住まいとのことです。 地場の音楽をBGMに「灯火」の爽やかな朝を演出できることになり、ワクワクしてしまいました。
その後の航海は、Wind Rumorの音楽のように優しく穏やか。 2等客室を広々ぐっすり眠ることができました。
そして、翌朝、、、
起床後は船内で作っているという焼き立てパンを朝食にデッキで、入港直前には大浴場を独り占めし、ゆったりと寛いでいるうちに新門司港へ入港。 定刻通りの着眼となりました。
下船後、車でない乗客の皆さんは、無料の送迎バスで「門司駅」まで、、、フェリーが「灯火」までのアクセスにすごく便利な交通機関であることを再認識しました。（車だとターミナルから15分ほどで「灯火」です。）
