Dizzying

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Monday, the beginning of the week, the early morning thunderstorm eased off in the morning.

And soon the western sky brightened and we could see the blue sky between the clouds.

As the result, weather was completely recovered. Temperature went up but we had dry air and it became perfect day for sightseeing.

Again on Monday, our guests started to move around noon and they went out without umbrellas.

How lucky they were!

週明けの月曜日、未明の雷雨も朝になると小康状態に、

We are having morning thunder and heavy rain again this morning.

It was very very hot yesterday.

TSUYU (rainy season) this year is something different from usual year.

It may be because of the global warming.

暑すぎ、湿りすぎ

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

今朝は未明からいきなり激しい雷雨に見舞われています。

昨日は異様に暑い一日でした。

今年の梅雨はどこか例年とは違うように感じています。

これも地球温暖化の仕業でしょうか？

Damage situation

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Saturday, news about heavy rain in whole western area had been broadcasted whole day.

After we confirmed that heavy rain and landslide warnings have been lifted, we checked around this neighborhood.

Fortunately, we could not find any serious damage in the neighbor, but a little far area around my parents house, we see rocks and sands was flowing on the street.

What we could found out was like these and we felt reserved.

今回の被害

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

土曜日、朝から西日本の豪雨についてのニュースが終日報道されていました。

豪雨や土砂災害の警報が解除されたのを確認して、ご近所エリアの被害状況を見ました。

幸い宿の近隣では被害は見受けられませんでしたが、少し離れた場所、実家の周辺では土砂が流れ出ていたのを確認しました。

目についた地域の被害はこのくらいで、今のところ2018年の豪雨と比べても被害の程度は小さくて、ホッと一息、良かったと思いました。
