Best gourmet of this trip
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
During our ski trip in Kyushu (surprise), we made various discoveries.
One of the best among them was local gourmet at Japanese countryside!
At the place where I have remember as village of buckwheat steamed buns since my childhood, I ate authentic SOBA buckwheat noodle this time.
As Kyushu belongs to UDON culture zone, I thought that I cannot expect good SOBA except eating neither good nor bad SOBA on new year eve. But I have been a SOBA enthusiast since I started living in Tokyo and I have disappointed my life without good SOBA.
However, I found that this SOBA is wonderful!
Their menu shows both hot and cold soba, and my choosing cold one seemed be the right choice.
With surprising the volume of TORORO (grated wild yam) I enjoyed taste, smell and wonderful sliding down through my throat of their SOBA.

今回一番のグルメ
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
今回、驚きの九州スキーの旅では色々な発見がありました。
そのなかでも良かったのが田舎グルメ！
幼い頃の記憶ではお土産の「そば饅頭」の聖地だった場所で、今回は本格的なお蕎麦をいただきました。
九州といえば、うどん文化圏。元々蕎麦なんて大晦日ぐらいにしか食べていなかったのですが、東京に出てからは大の蕎麦好きになっていて、Uターン後には美味しい蕎麦が食べれなくなったことに落胆していたのですが、、、
ところが、こちらの蕎麦が実に旨かった！
メニューには熱いの冷たいの両方あったのですが、蕎麦好きとしてやっぱり冷たいのを注文したのが正解だったみたいです。
このとろろのボリュームに圧倒されながらも、美味しくいただきました。
それでは、その土地の美味しい食べ物に出会う素敵な一日を！
