I have been wondering about a lot of cabbages in big basket harvested from the field near the beach in this town.

Where would they go? Who would consume them?

The next day, I found them by chance. In the condition with unbelievably cheap price!

One head of cabbage is cheaper than a bag of bean sprouts. Before purchasing one, I checked the quality and I saw the cut section looked juicy and fresh. I was convinced that they are all best buy.

As I got specialty product of this town, I decided to cook it with a special recipe of this place.

Remembering that we had cooked it together with our guests.

Cabbage leaves were thick but freshly crispy and the SHIOKAZE Cabbage were cooked very tasty.

実はあのあとすぐに、偶然見つけました。それも信じられない値段！

キャベツ一玉、もやしより安いっ！少し不安になったので切り口などチェックしましたが、とってもみずみずしくて新鮮、間違いなく買いです。

おはようございます。

近年、甚大な自然災害の発生確率が高くなっていることを話題にしましたが、、、

海辺で生活している私たちは、この新たな情報も要チェックです。

たかが8cmですが、、、その8cmの差が運命を分けるかも！

床下浸水が床上浸水になるのに十分な水位差です。

Study is more important than not forget

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

In this time of a year, certain kind of TV programs are often broadcasted in Japan.

Yes, they are about 3.11, Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.

They are produced with the purpose that we keep the affected area and people in our mind. It is important but I feel something strange, as I keep contacting those people whom I had met in Iwate pref.

My strongest impression after I heard tsunami episodes from old lady who was washed out by tsunami, man with disabilities who could escaped from tsunami in the central downtown damaged critically was how I should utilize their experience for my future. It means that I should understand possible disasters in my environment and think how I measure for those risks.

In the process of my studying hazard map, I found one moving picture which was made several years ago by local government, who published the hazard maps. It was a good program explaining enormous water hazard happened 68 years ago and I thought a lot of things watching the program.

Recently the possibility of natural disaster is getting higher than ever, no matter earth quake, water hazard and so on. It is no longer “no way” but “someday”.

『忘れまい』ではなくて『学ぼう』

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

この時期になると、日本のテレビではにわかにある種の特集番組がいくつも放送されます。

そう3.11、2011年の東日本大震災・津波に関する番組です。

被災地・被災者を忘れないという目的なのは分かりますが、常々岩手で被災された方々とコンタクトをとっている自分には、少し違和感を感じます。

被災された方、津波に流された方や、身体障害にも関わらず大被害の町で生き残った方の話を聞いて一番強く感じたのは、そうした経験を自らの環境や生活に当てはめて、どんな災害が起きる可能性があるか認識し、いかに対処するかを自分の問題として考えるべきだということです。

ハザードマップを読み解いていく過程で、マップを製作した自治体が数年前に製作したこの町で昔起きた甚大な自然災害についての動画を見つけました。とても良くできた動画で、いろいろ考えさせられました。
