We have reported about strait view from this guesthouse. We can see not only wild birds but also various things.

Recently we have seen pleasure boats in the weekend more often.

Cruising personal boat may be the perfect activity in COVID-19 pandemic situation.

おはようございます。

先の記事で紹介した当宿から望む景色。見えるのは野鳥だけではありません。

最近、すこし増えたなぁと思うのが、週末のプレジャーボート。

New face here?

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

TOUKA is the guesthouse looking down Kanmon strait. And view from this office is our favorite.

It is easy to feel depressed lately because of COVID-19 pandemic but this view blow the dark mood away.

One day, we found a new face in the view.

This place is known as hawks’ migration spot to those in the know, but it seems that hawks is not the only bird fly through this area.

We have fewer guests this year but we keep having birds stop by this place. So we want to know more about them and we are looking for handy bird picture book.

新顔かな？

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

海峡を見下ろす当宿「灯火」、オフィスから眺める外の風景はとてもお気に入りです。

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大のせいで滅入りそうな気分も、この窓から見る風景が吹き飛ばしてくれます。

そんな風景の中に、あまり見かけない顔を見つけました。

季節の変わり目には、鷹の渡りで有名なこの地ですが、通り過ぎていくのはどうも鷹だけではないようです。

今年、めっきり少なくなったゲストの代わりに、当宿を訪ねてくれる鳥たちのことをもっと知るために鳥類図鑑を探している今日このごろです。

それでは、時には羽休めして素敵な一日を！

穏やかに優しく / Calm and Gentle

Calm and Gentle

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It was fine around Kanmon strait on Tuesday. We had mild sunlight and calm wind.

Ship was reflected on the surface of strait and it went through it smoothly like sliding on ice.

In such calm afternoon, I put my body lie down in a hammock which we set for our guests.

and I faced to autumn blue sky.

穏やかに優しく

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

火曜日の関門海峡は秋晴れに加えて、風も穏やかな一日でした。
