It is great, my hometown Kitakyushu!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

I was really surprised, when I open the latest issue of my favorite weekly social magazine. I found a special article about my home town Kitakyushu. It has 24 pages.

However I felt some kind of difference/gap between the article and actual city from the view point of a person who came back there earlier already.

(This may not be an article but advertisement. I will ask the officer in charge how much did they spend. )

Unfortunately this issue is not for sale in Kitakyushu yet. It will be Wednesday or Thursday.Everybody in Kitakyushu, please expect this article.

昨日ページを開いて驚きました！
Uターンしたふるさと北九州の特集がなんと24ページ。

でもね。ひと足お先にUターンした人間は、その内容に少なからず違和感を感じました。

（特集というより広告なのかもしれません。いくらかかったかは、記事にもなっている役所の担当に聞いてみましょう。）

Let’s go with Mom even after grown up!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Both friends from university days and same age co-workers of ex-company I worked for told me that they often travel abroad with their sons. According to them, it is popular style now, that pair of mother and son travel abroad together.

I thought that it is the trend only in Japan.
However it seems that happens not only in Japan.
A foreign guest came to stay here with his mother.

He is a very gentle and kind man and his mother smiles all the time.
They really enjoyed traveling with using rent-a-car. Honestly it is a good style of traveling, I thought.

Young man’s traveling with his mother may be global level trend now.

P.S. I noticed that this trend may mean that there is no place for father. Good luck to the fathers of all over the world.

おかあさんといっしょ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

大学時代の同級生や、元の会社の同世代の同僚で、成人した息子と二人で海外旅行する話を聞くことがあって、最近の男子も大変だねと反応したところ、彼女たちによれば、最近そういうケースが多いらしいです。

この傾向、日本だけのものかと思ったら、海外からもいらっしゃいました。

とても優しい息子さんで、お母様も終始笑顔、、、レンタカーを利用されて素敵な旅をなさっていました。

このパターン、グローバルレベルでのトレンドなのかもしれません。

In these three days holiday, we have various guests from various countries.

In the night, I gave advice to young travelers for their future life.

After they went back to their room for sleep, I turned off stove. When I looked up the window, I found a big passenger boat is passing this strait.
