Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
When foreign tourists hear the word “Japanese Autumn”,
they may imagine colored Autumn leaves.
Probably they imagine Kyoto in Autumn leaves.
It is Autumn end of October, but
Autumn leaves don’t come down Southern part of Japan yet.
They are in central Japan yet.
However, because Autumn leaves don’t came here yet,
we want tourists to try mountain in Kitakyushu to enjoy another Autumn in Japan.
We don’t mean you to watch.
We want you to feel the Autumn with all five senses.
Feeling wind touching your face,
smell of grasses,
and sound of a rustle of grasses.
There is another special Autumn here before Autumn leaves.

もうひとつの秋を知ってください
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
外国人観光客が「日本の秋」と聞いて連想するのはきっと、、、
紅葉でしょう。
おそらく紅葉の京都のような映像を連想されるのではないでしょうか？
10月末は秋ですが、、、
実は紅葉というとまだ中部地方以北までしか降りてきていません。
でも、まさに今だからこそ、紅葉前だからこそ
もうひとつの日本の秋を味わい北九州の山に行ってみて欲しいです。
見に行くのではありませんよ。
五感で秋を感じ取ってほしいのです。
風が頬を撫でる感触、草のにおい、カサカサと擦れる音。
紅葉前に味わう特別の秋がここにはあります。
