The campaign for the tourists from foreign countries, which we introduced in previous article,
was ended earlier than the original plan, as of yesterday.
We share this campaign information with our guests who stayed in this week, and they rushed to Kokura to get the coupon.
The guests sent us photo of screenshotted 5,000JPY digital coupon to us, because they were so happy to get is, we imagined.
However the guests who will come here today, cannot get the coupon.
Don’t you think that this is unfair?
Besides, if this campaign was funded by the accommodation tax that our city collects from all tourists staying in this city, it feels even more unfair.
As one person who is in the tourism industry in this city, I expect much more fair measures which is welcomed by all and various tourists.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
前記事で紹介した、当市主催の外国人観光客向けのキャンペーン。
昨日をもって、当初の予定より前倒しして配布終了となりました。
今週当宿を利用されたゲストさんにキャンペーンのことを教えたところ、あわてて小倉に出かけてギリ入手できたようです。
で、あまりにうれしかったのか、スクショして送ってきました、その5,000円！
でも、、、今日いらっしゃるゲストさんはこの特典を手に入れることは出来ません。
なんかすごく不公平に思えませんか？
もしも、このキャンペーンが当市が旅行客から徴収している宿泊税を原資に展開されているとしたら、さらに不公平感が増します。
市内で観光業に携わる一人として、もっとひろくさまざまな観光客・宿泊客が恩恵を受けることができる公平なキャンペーンを期待します。
