At a similar time
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I introduced evening atmosphere of Kanmon area in the previous article.
I also show the atmosphere in Kanto region at a similar time
which is very dark.
(this picture was taken 17:23, Dec 11 at one national road in Kanto)
Besides, it was a big traffic jam!
Is it still easier to live in Tokyo and its suburbs?
