Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Beautiful tea plantations and sacred Mt. Fuji.
This is the host’s favorite scenic spot.
However, when I tried to take a picture of tea fields with Mt. Fuji, which top was covered by snow, in the background,
Something that is not beautiful is reflected in the view.
That unbeautiful thing had been there for an hour, so I went to check on it.
And I saw gaijin tourists standing in tea fields where they were not allowed to go and taking pictures.
Indecent behavior by foreign tourists is now a big problem in Japan.

Similar disappointing behavior can be seen not only at the convenience store that made the news, but also at this tea plantation and all over Japan.
The bad manners of just a few tourists are likely to cause the image that Japanese people have of foreign tourists as a whole to become the worst ever.
It seems that foreigners who come to Japan after the yen’s depreciation are less dignified than foreigners who came before that.
As one who works in the tourism industry, I want to alert this issue at the grassroots level.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
美しい茶畑と霊峰富士。
宿主お気に入りの絶景スポットです。
ところが富士らしい雪をまとった富士を背景に渾身の一枚を撮影しようとすると、、、
入ってはいけないエリアに、それも畑の中にまで立ちこんで撮影をしているガイジン観光客。
今、外国人観光客の品のない行為が日本で大きな問題になっています。

ニュースになったコンビニエンスストアだけでなく、この茶畑でも、日本中どこでも似たような残念な行為が見受けられます。
ほんの一部の観光客のマナー違反が、外国人観光客全体に対して日本人が抱くイメージが過去最悪になりそうです。
どうも円安になってから訪日される外国人は、それ以前の外国人と比べても、品格に劣るようです。
観光業に身を置く立場として、草の根でも警鐘を鳴らしたいと思っています。
