Like a fish in water…
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
In June, while watching beautiful mountain stream trouts swimming
– sometimes with agility, sometimes with a leisurely grace –
in the crystal-clear waters of a high-altitude stream…
I felt an irresistible surge of excitement.
As soon as the month turned (though I didn’t go right away), and the rainy season ended, I seized the moment; in the brief intervals between attending to guests, I began slipping away to visit the water for short periods.
Meanwhile, the water temperature is rising rapidly; it is reaching the point where one could easily suffer heatstroke even while in the water.
As I stand under a shower that still holds a hint of chill – washing off a body flushed hot from that hot pool water –
I find myself intensely envious of the trouts swimming in clear, flowing mountain streams.

水を得た魚のように、、、
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
６月に標高のある山の中の透き通った水の清流で、
きれいな渓流魚が、時に機敏に、時に悠然と泳ぐ姿を見ていたら、、、
無性に気分が高まって、
月が変わるや（でもまだ行かず）、梅雨が明けるや、待ってましたとばかりにゲストさんの外出の合間にこっそりと短時間づつですが通い始めました。
その間、水温はぐんぐんと上がり、もうまもなく水の中でも熱中症になりそうな勢いです。
そんなお湯の中で泳いで火照った身体に、まだすこしだけ冷たさが残るシャワーを浴びながら、
清流で泳ぐ魚たちのことが無性に羨ましくなっています。
それでは、自らが居るべき場所で素敵な一日を！
