The yen is depreciating against the dollar at an unprecedented rate.
The biggest pain in our guesthouse is the gas cost.
The energy control at our guesthouse is all electric and we have taken measures to conserve the electricity, so even during peak seasons the electricity bill is 15,000 yen at most, so we are always worried about the cost of gas among all utility costs.
This week, when I used the expressway for the first time in a while, regular gas at highway service area gas station was almost 200 yen per liter.
This is irresistible, so I’ve been wandering around for the past two weeks looking for cheap gas stations.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
対ドルでは天井知らずの勢いの円安です。
当宿で一番痛いのはやはりガソリン代。
当宿の電気はオール電化プラス節電対策で繁忙期でも１万５千円がマックスなので、光熱費はガソリン代だけに常に悩まされます。
今週、久しぶりに高速に乗ったら、サービスエリアのガソリンスタンドではレギュラーがリッター200円に迫る勢いです。
さすがにこれは堪らないので、この２週間安いガソリンスタンドを探して彷徨う日々を送っています。
