To live with Rhythm of the Moon!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
When new day comes with the sun, moon hides behind the light.
However, the moon is still there and influence our daily life very much, as well as the sun.
(I don’t think that many people notice this.)
For example, it was told that many kind of creatures lay eggs in the night of the full or new moon and the flood tide, such as corals, Ategani Crabs, Sea Turtles and Kusafugus (a kind of blowfish).
In case of human, women are more sensitive than men for the moon. It has been told that more babies birth on the day of the full or new moon and the flood tide.
View of strait from TOUKA is also influenced by invisible moon very much. Specially tidal currents get the biggest influence.
Massive volume of ocean water is flowing with changing its direction sometimes from east and sometimes from west.
This current appears clearly on the shallow ocean just in front of TOUKA. The current flows very fast like in the shallows of river, and we can see it clearly.
(Pictures are the current of different direction, taken from the top of small mountain behind TOUKA. It is clearly seen and sound of flowing can be heard at the mountain top.)
Are there anybody notice? Moon power is also described in the Trademark of TOUKA. Both current from east and current from west are drawn in it, but the moon was invisible there on purpose. It is just like SENGAI’s drawing, “SHIGETSUHOTEIGASAN (Moon indexed by Hotei God)”
Don’t you come here TOUKA and tune your internal clock to the natural energetic rhythm of the Moon? If you are not doing well recently, it might be cause by disturbed your internal rhythm.

目に見えない “月のリズム” で生きる
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
朝を迎えると、当然のように月はその姿を陽の光の中に隠してしまいます。
それでも月はしっかりとそこに存在していて、太陽に並んで、私たちの営みに大いなる影響を与えています。
（それを意識している人は多くはないと思いますが、、、）
例えば、満月や新月の大潮にはあらゆる生物が産卵すると言われています。
サンゴやアテガニや海亀、そしてクサフグなどが有名です。
人間では特に女性が月のリズムに敏感で、統計的に満月・大潮に出産が多いとも言われたりしているようです。もちろんその名の通り、生理もしかりです。
「灯火」から望む海峡の景色もまた、「目には見えない月」からのパワーを大いに受けて変化しています。
なかでも最大のものは関門海峡を流れる潮流です。
膨大な量の海水が月のリズムに合わせて向きを変え、ある時は西から、ある時は東から、ものすごい勢いで流れています。
その流れは「灯火」の正面の浅瀬で如実に現れ、まるで大河の瀬のように波打っているのがハッキリと見てわかります。

気付かれた人はいらっしゃるでしょうか？ 実は「灯火」のトレードマークには、月のエネルギーを表す波の図柄を取り入れています。東からの流れ、そして西からの流れ。一番表わしたかった「月」のパワーはあえて見えないように表現しています。ココは仙厓の「指月布袋画賛」と同じです。
そんな「灯火」で、ご自身の体内時計を、大事な月のリズムにチューンナップしてみてはいかがですか？ もしかして最近うまくいっていないのは、そのリズムが乱れているせいなのかもしれません。
