Memory with Vladimir
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Now, the act toward violence by a president of north land is very hot topic of TV, newspaper and internet in Japan.
He screwed a very violent event just in between two festivals of peace, Olympic and Paralympic.
With seeing the news, I remember that the man was once invited to a luxury hotel and spa (Otanisanso?) in the other side of this strait about 5 years ago.
Probably the host that time was former prime minister of this country who were elected from the other side.
Recently we have few chance to see the former prime minister in any medias who called the president “Vladimir”.
In contrast to him, there was one former head of state who was active after retirement. After his retirement, he tackled with unfinished diplomatic businesses. Surprisingly he achieved to meet with Kim Il-sung and Castro and contributed to world peace very much. As the result, he won the Nobel Peace Prize.
We hope our former prime minster will work for world peace even one tenth of him. The achievements of the hosting payed by our tax was nothing so far, No peace treaty was signed and any northern territories was not returned yet. If he said that he could established reliable relationship, we want him to utilize it to stop the invasion.
(How about his supporters, who enjoy the party under cherry blossoms prepared by our tax, propose this idea?)

ウラジーミルとの思い出
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
今、日本ではテレビも、新聞も、ネットもこぞって北の国の大統領の暴挙を報道しています。
オリンピックとパラリンピックという二つの平和の祭典の狭間に、とんでもない暴力イベントをねじ込んできました。
そんなニュースを見ながら、そういえばその話題の指導者が五年ほど前に、この海峡の向かい側の高級温泉旅館（「大谷山荘」？）に招待されていたことをふと思い出しました。
たしかホストは対岸の選挙区選出のこの国の元総理大臣だったような記憶があります。
そういえば、渦中の大統領のことをウラジミールと親しみを込めて呼んでいた元総理大臣、最近ではめっきりその姿を見なくなりました。
そんな彼とは対象的で、退任後に活躍した元の国家元首がいました。大統領から降りた後、やり残した外交問題に精力的に取り組み、驚くことに金日成やカストロとの会見を果たし、世界平和に大きく貢献した釣り好きの男です。その成果からノーベル平和賞まで受賞しました。
ウラジーミルとの親友関係を持つと自称する対岸選出の元首相には、是非とも彼の十分の一でも世界平和のために貢献して欲しいものです。血税を使った温泉ホスティングの成果は、北の島々が返還されることはなく、両国間の平和条約にすら至らず、皆無です（悪いことに今回の侵攻によって返還交渉は棚上げ）。もし信頼関係の構築という成果があったのなら、今こそそれを有効に使う時ではないでしょうか。
（同じく血税で用意された桜下の宴を満喫した後援会から、汚名挽回のためにも、大統領との平和交渉を進言してはいかがでしょう？）
