Our concern is guests’ safety all the time.
When we traveling around strange country, we usually check possible risks in advance against our safety .
How about Japan?
I hope foreigners traveling around Japan feel safe with low crime rate and native people’s friendly atmosphere. But there is a big risk that Japanese people cannot do anything to prevent it.
It is “the EARTHQUAKE.”
Even Japanese people cannot predict where and when the next big one will occur.
There is very interesting pictures. Only 13 days prior to the first strike of Kumamoto Earthquake two months ago, quite interesting TV program was broadcasted by NHK (Japanese public TV service).

Because, it was just after signing on the contract of using TOUKA’s building, I saw the program carefully and keep it in my memory. I also took some pictures from the TV screen.

I can tell now that there were many information to alert the possibility of the next earthquake.
I memorized it because those pictures told us less possibility to have big one near TOUKA, Kanmon area. I cannot say Never but I can believe very Low Possibility.

「日本を旅する上での 最大の脅威！」
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
安全・安心は常に「灯火」の最大の関心です。
普通、人が初めての国を旅する際、安全を脅かす様なリスクは事前にチェックすると思います。
日本を旅する場合はどうでしょう？
きっと低い犯罪率に裏付けされる治安や人々のフレンドリーな性格については安心するでしょう。 けれど この国には日本人がどうがんばっても払拭できない大きなリスクがあります。
それは「地震」。
日本人でさえ次の大きな地震がいつどこで起きるか分からない状態です。
ここに面白い絵があります。 2ヶ月前、最初の熊本地震が発生するたった１３日前、とても興味深い番組がNHKで放送されていました。

その時の画像がこれです。ちょうど「灯火」の建物を使用する契約をしたばかりだったので、この番組を注意深く見たこともあり、すごく記憶に残っています。 同時にテレビの画像も写メしました。

今だから言えますが、この絵は（熊本地震を含む）次の巨大地震がどこで起きるか警告していたように思います。
自分はこの絵から「灯火」のある関門で地震の発生する確率は低いと直感したことを記憶しています。 決してとはいえませんが、自分の記憶からもかなり確率は低いと感じています。
この絵を見て、他の人はどう感じるでしょうか？
（良心的なNHKは 熊本地震発生後この番組のことはあまり言及しないみたいです。）
